You can change the image on the front page in the student thesis template and the report template. Use an image in landscape orientation; otherwise, the proportions may be distorted.

How to change the image on the front page

If you want to add your own picture on the front page, you can replace the image under the wedge. Use a picture in landscape format to get the best layout, or else your picture can be distorted. You find instructions for this below.

Inserting a new picture

Right-click on the picture and choose Format object
Click on Fill & Line, on the symbol that looks like a paint bucket
Click on the tab Fill, choose Picture or texture fill.
Under Picture source, click on Insert... and locate the picture you want from the file manager.
If your picture is distorted, for example if it looks stretched, you need to manually adjust the height of your image. Go to Format Picture, click on Picture and then Crop. In Picture position you change height to 14,02 cm.

The picture you have now chosen to insert will have replaced the image that comes with the template. You can adjust the placement of the picture by following the instructions below.

Adjusting the picture

Windows:

Select the picture
In the menu bar, the tab Picture Tools, Format has appeared
Click on the tool Crop
You will now be able to drag the picture to where you want it, so its placement will be suitable in relation to the wedge. When you are done, just click anywhere on the side of the picture frame to leave the crop mode.
Mac:
Select the picture
In the menu bar, the tab Picture Format has appeared
Click on the tool Crop
