Using copyrighted images within an educational group

Through an agreement, it is possible to share and display copyrighted material within an educational group. The so-called Higher Education Agreement has been negotiated between an organization called Bonus Copyright Access and SUHF (The Association of Swedish Higher Education). This means that it is okay to use protected images without asking for permission in work that, for example, is uploaded to Canvas and accessed only by teachers and classmates, or in a PowerPoint presentation shown in a classroom. The author and source must still always be credited.
