Denna profil inkluderar information om mig som en akademiker. För sju o ett halvt år sedan hade jag flyttat till Sverige. Jag är en utbildad vetenskapsman, särskild i kemi och arbetat många år i Indien, Taiwan, Sydkorea, Frankrike och Storbritannien.

Jag anser mig vara mer än erkänd forskare (R2) eftersom jag har motsvarande erfarenhet och kompetens.

Jag är doktorand (PhD i kemi) och har publicerat många vetenskapliga arbete. Vidare har jag också erfarenhet av handledning i många år på avancerad nivå. Jag tycker att jag har redan formell kompetens att vara huvudhandledare. Jag har gått på sådan handledarutbildning i Indien och sådana kurser fortbildningar på Groningen  Universitet, Nederländerba & Karolina Inst. Sveriges som syftar till att jag ska utveckla min handledarkompetens i mötet med doktorand/forskare i EU.

Jag är medlem med i Kemiska Föreningen i Lund, naturvetare medlem i Svenska Kemisamfundet och bedriver studiecirkelar or erbjuder gratis läxhjälp (projektet Kemistuga). MRSC Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry UK. Jag har arbetat som studiecirkelledare på Sensus Studieförbundet och ABF Arbetarnas Bildningsförbund. (Jag är utbildat i Sverige också och har gått på några tidiga insatser. Jag är medlem med i Svenska Röda Korset (Malmökretsen) och är samordnare och studiehandledare där. Jag har volontärarbete på Röda Korset som jag började mer än 4 år sedan. Jag syns i akademin & samhälls uppdrag. Jag är/har varit akademiker och i Sverige näringsidkare också. Jag håller på med att registrera ett konsortium inom utbildning, forskning, & konsult - entreprenöriella hållbarhet utveckling. Jag hade jobbat som forskare, lärarassistent och lektör på universitet. Ni kan hitta mina forskning artiklar under mitt namn.

Jag letar efter professor/forskartjänsten för att utveckla handledning inom kemisk forskning och lärandeprocess på HEI (Higher Education Institute) lärosäten. Jag har tittat närmare på anställningsprocess i HEIs inte bara någon annanstans i andra länder men också i Sverige. Sedan 2011 har Svenska lärosäten fått större frihet att bestämma hur de ska gå till väga för att anställa professor. Det finns cirka 6500 professorer i Sverige - bara en sjättedel av alla personaler i de alla universitet/HEIs. Det beror på hur ett universitet bestämmer och vilka kriterier som universitet ska ligga till grund för bedömningen av vetenskaplig och pedagogisk skicklighet. Jag ansöker akademiska jobb vakansen hos forskningsinstitutet/universiteten och skickar er min korta presentation. Jag ser fram emot att skaffa (ett universitets) konsortium själv. Jag ser mig själv som, förutom ovan, som målmedveten, lojal samt som en god arbetskamrat. Jag hoppas (att) ni ser det jag är en kvalificerad person med kompetens, utbildning & erfarenhet och välkomnar ett personligt möte och en diskussion om arbetsplanen/samarbete.
